General Rules & Regulations

Inside exhibits will be accepted on Thursday evening, between 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Friday morning between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. Judging of inside exhibits will take place Friday afternoon.

Outside 4-H exhibits must be pre-registered on Thursday evening between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Judging for 4-H will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Only 1 entry per person in each class will be accepted.

Decisions of the judges will be final.

The Bosque Farms Fair Association will exercise reasonable care in the protection of exhibits, but assumes no responsibility for exhibits lost or damaged.

Neither the Bosque Farms Fair Association, nor the Bosque Farms Rodeo Association, shall be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to any property while on the premises.

All entries must be picked up, claim check required, between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. No responsibility is assumed for exhibits not picked up by the deadline.

Persons who may exhibit at the Bosque Farms Community Fair are:

All 4-H and FFA members living within the boundaries or a member of a club within the boundaries;

Residents or owners of property in the Village of Bosque Farms or nearby communities as outlined in the property map;

Any student attending a school located within the boundary map;

Professionals* (will not be judged).

Intoxicated persons will be asked to leave or be removed from the grounds.
